Music in Switzerland is like everywhere in the world. At the moment there is a young girl called "Stefanie Heinzmann" a chartbreaker.

I've been to Switzerland many times and every time I've gone I always here American music! A lot of radio stations, TV stations, and even stores play popular pop and rock music from the U.S.
MTV plays mainly U.S. music, though I''ve seen artists from Switzerland and other European countries on there a few times.
