What's the "Le Classique" summer camp at Le Rosey in Switzerland like? ? |
- Is it about 9,000 dollars?
- How would they accept a black girl from America? (I was born in London, England though, and lived in England for 5 years but now I'm 14 and have lived in America for 8 years (I lived in Cameroon for 1 year) so I guess to them I'd still seem American from my accent and stuff.)
- Is it very hard to be accepted? How would I increase my chances of being accepted?
- Do I have to know any french? I barely know any right now.
- What's a typical day like during the camp?
http://www.roseysummercamps.ch/summercamps09/inscriptionClassique09.pdf
^ Thats the application form.
I want to do the summer camp either in Summer 2009 or Summer 2010. I cant in 2011 since I'll be 17 then. Just any helpful things would be nice. I'd really love to go cause I love traveling (I visited Japan last summer and it was awesome!) and my parents traveled a lot when they were younger. They went to Switzerland too and my mom says she really liked it there. (I still dont get why we dont live in England. -sigh-) Sooo.. yeah. Additional Details This specific question has never been asked FYI. |

You would definitively increase your chances by getting good grades and doing things like community service. I don't think that you will need a lot of French since the school teaches in English and I'm guessing that most people who go there talk English, too. |

Why don't you put this question in the "Search for questions" windows? It has been asked here about a million times.
Or see Le Rosey's website, http://www.rosey.ch/, where you'll find a possibility how to contact them so that you can ask all your questions directly.
Anyway, have fun in Switzerland! |
