Depends on the time of year and the weather.
Luzern is lovely in summer, anywhere to ski is nice in
winter, especially Zermatt. The bahnhofstrasse in Zurich
is lovely at this time of year with the Christmas lights and
displays, Pilatus is great in summer, etc.

In depense what you like to see...
There are plenty of mountains to visit. In one answer it was writen something like tettles.... the right name is Titlis, from this mountain you have a great view thats right. Then also the Jungfraujoch is a place to visit. There you go up by train, a good part of the way inside of the mountain called Eiger, on the way you do two stops, one time you look outside from the north face of the eiger, the second stop you have a great view over a glacier. On the Jungfraujoch the view is also great, on a good day you can see more then 100 kilometers far.
Lake Geneva is a nice place, it is one of two big lakes in switzerland. The city of geneva is on one end of the lake. In Geneva are some Museums to see. Half way along the border from the lake is another city, called Lausanne, there is a nice old part of the city with a great cathedral. if you continous almost on the end of the lake, there is a castle on a rock in the lake called chateau chillon, which is also great to see. Those are all places in french part of switzerland.
Then in north.west of switzerland is the city of basel, many museums in this city, you also can visit easy germany and france from basel, because there are comming this three countrys together. A little outside of basel is a museum called augusta raurica, which is a old romain city. If you like to see really old stuff, this is a great place to visit.
then the italian part of switzerland is nice, my favorite place there is valle vercasca.
Or just visit www.myswitzerland.com
You also can write me a mail, if I know how long you stay I could help you easyer, and everithing is also a question of money, switzerland is not so cheap....
