What do I wear to Switzerland in the summer?

I'm going to Zurich during the summer and I've heard that its kind of conservative over there. I sill want to look stylish, but I don't want to offend anyone. I'm also going up to Paris, which I know I will be able to wear pretty much anything. I don't want to pack two different sets of clothes with all these ridiculous prices for checking bags.

Haha... It's just so funny to read what you people over there think about us. Sorry, I didn't mean to be rude, but we Swiss people are just normal people, like you. I go to school in Zurich and there is a great variaty of styles and clothes at our school. We have everything: from gay cowboy over punk and fashionists to those people who haven't even heard of the word style. So just wear what you feel comfortable with, you won't offend anyone!

Zürich is very up-to-date fashion wise and almost anything goes if you are not working in certain jobs like Banks etc. Don't bring too much: just watch the latest summer fashion and buy a few pieces on the spot.
