i am swiss and i've never heard anyone talk bad about peolple from these countries. in all of these countries french is a (or the only) national language, which also ties people together. (it's a different story about the german part of switzerland and germany though).
france is a popular destination for vacations for swiss people as we all learn french in school (if it's not our first language) and the french have ocean beaches which we don't.
i can't really say anything about belgium because i've never been there, it's not a common vacation destination and i don't know it very well.. i've met someone from belgium when travelling in canada and i was kind of offended because he told me the best chocolate in the world comes from belgium, which for him might be true, for me it's not, after trying belgian chocolate, i have to say i like our swiss chocolate way better. but that's just my first and so far only experience with belgians.
visiting or even living in canada is the dream of many swiss people i think. when someone says they're canadian or even when someone says they've been to canada before, usually people are impressed and go like "wow that's so cool" and they want to know everything about it.

Goddess of Grammar
I'm a Canadian living in Switzerland and I find people generally like us and either love Canada or dream of going.
That may change when we whip their asses in the hockey though!

Switzerland is a neutral country. So they like most nations without discrimination.

France is highly tied to their country with a number of citizens having ties with France. It is also one of their official languages.
