Whats bad in Switzerland?
I am going to Switzerland next year and I was wondering what things do they feel are wrong over there? Is smoking bad? Is sex before marriage bad? And if you know anything about Switzerland culture tell me!
The Swiss are pretty tolerant of lifestyle choices (e.g., homosexuality), but breaking any laws, even minor ones, is a major taboo. For example, if a traffic signal says don't cross the street, don't cross, or you'll be fined for jaywalking. Don't litter, don't make excessive noise, or you will likewise be fined. The only other taboo that I know of is being too intrusive into people's lives -- the Swiss like their privacy.
