Lucerne is nice, but the best towns are in the valley surrounding Interlaken, IMHO. |

i just prefer the country... with a gorgeous view of the Alps from your chalet... there is a place, i think it might be called something like "bern", it's pronounced that way, anyway... i think that's the small village i love there... if not, it's something else! i just love switzerland... the wildflowers and mountains... |

Davos in the alps, u see fairy tale little towns covered with snow and the little train go by like it was a toy train. alps on either side, just breathtaking. |

i was not aware that there are towns in the valleys around interlaken. and i don't live that far from there. i like bern, where i live, zurich i don't. biel is nice, lausanne, lugano. depends what one wants. |

Haven't been to tons of cities there, but I loved Grindelwald for its natural, country setting.
In the summer it's great for hiking, and the views are stunning. In the winter it's a ski town. You can also take a train up to the Jungfraujoch, one of the highest points in Europe.
And did I mention all the cows? :) |

Lucerne and Lauzane are the two MOST beautiful cities in Switzerland. Trust me. |

Lucerne and Zurich are really beautiful cities, you have everything: the lake, river, mountains, shopping, cool sites, partying.. (and tourists) |
