As far as I know, none of the hotels in Zurich eat meat. Come to think of it, none of them eat vegetables either.

Sleep in vegetables? If you're looking for a veggie restaurant, try Google.

Any hotel is a veggie one, just ask for veggies in the restraunt

Goddess of Grammar
From the lists above, the Hotel Limmathof does seem to be a hotel with a vegetarian restaurant in it. The other restaurant in the hotel is described as "Swiss" which makes it almost certainly not vegetarian and definitely not vegan.

It's a great location, just across the river from the main station.

Most restaurants in Zurich do have vegetarian meals. Most hotels (in Switzerland; I haven't stayed in any hotels in Zurich) offer a breakfast that includes salami, but it's generally self-serve.

you could stay in any hotel, vegetarian food is very simple to find in Switzerland . . first of all EVERY restaurant has a salad bar with the most wonderful selections of fresh veggies, beans, seeds, fresh herbs, dressings, you'll go crazy, believe me . . then, almost every place has what they call a gemuseteller, which is a very elaborate vegetable plate, all kinds of wonderful cooked veggies, just mention that you prefer olive oil, and to make sure not to use butter . . believe me, you'll flip there are so many vegetarian options in Switzerland . . . bon voyage!!

Perhaps Switzerland would be a good place to start. I'd guess the famous Hotel Beef on StrogenoffStrasse would not be on the list.
