Not sure what you mean by "Zurich train tours". You can get the 9 o'clock pass (9-Uhr Pass) which is good on all the trains, buses, trams, cablecars and boats in Canton Zurich from 9 am to closing time (around 1am) weekdays and all day weekends for something like 22 franks.

You can get a half-price ticket for (I believe) 99 franks a month, or 150 a year, 250 for 2 years, 350 for three years.

There's a little kiosk on Uraniastrasse just off Bahnhofstrasse (train station street) where you can get day-passes good all over Switzerland for around 45 franks or so (might have to have to half-price pass to use it).

You will not get cheaper in a other place, the price will be the same. maybe 1 -2 Euro cheaper but I doubt it
