Strangely enough therte is more than on train station in Switzerland, so you need to give us better information.
However, there are some in Zurich, but can't remember where as it's bee a while since I was there.

i guess it will be rather difficult and it will be better if you go for veg food. as you are asking for interlaken i know there is a restaurant called shalimar which is very close (about 200 m) from the interlaken ost train station (there are two stations, one is west the other one ost =east).
the shalimar is having pakistani and indian food and on the net they say its halal but better double check, i have never eaten there.

otherwise you may go for turkish kabab sellers but ask before ordering, many are not halal.
