The first things that spring to mind are art galleries and museums, which both offer free admission. I would advise you to visit the official London website for ideas perhaps, http://www.visitlondon.com/ , or this website which specifically focuses on free events/places to visit/day-trips/stuff to do & see within London, http://www.londonforfree.net/ .
London also has some great parks for skating, or simply if you just fancy a walk, and many regular free skating events are held if you fancy meeting up with some like-minded folks. They are usually held in Hyde Park or places alike. The website is below if you want more info.
Have fun!

Museums and art galleries are free.
Walk along the South Bank, hang out with the skateboarders there.
Events take place all over London, lots of them free.
Sign up to the London Loop Weekend Ezine to find out what is on where, and how to get there!
www.tfl.gov.uk/londonloop for details.
