Yes. But if you are caught you'll get fined.Cos u aren't sposed to drive till yer 17.

No you can't.
You need to be 17 to get a provisional license and take your test. But they are probably changing that to 18 now.

Though at 16 you can drive a moped. I'd advise walking though - it's quicker.

You can if you're registered disabled, and have an adapted car.

Otherwise you have to be 17 to drive on the public highway.

You can drive a tractor younger than 17. Or a moped.

You are allowed to drive a moped under 50 cc though.

You can drive in the Isle Of man at 16!

The answer to your question is yes. Had you asked, "May you drive a car in England?" it appears that everyone is correct. I do not know English law. But I do know what words mean.

but i think u cn get ur provisional licence, i think or it could be 17 provisional/learning to drive and 17/18 to actually be able to drive.

there is many cars, but it depends what type you want and how much you want to pay

17 is the legal driving age here.
But, You CAN ride a moped upto 50cc at 16.
