ive been to most cities for nights out as i think u remember random nights more than you do going to the same pub week in week out.
Birmingham - the arcadian (chinese quater) is always lively with a good selection of bars, ie poppy red, indie bar with the broad street a good place for clubs only 5 mins away from arcadian.
Manchester - i like the deansgate area its in the heart of the student district and has a few bars under railway arches ie revoloution.
Liverpool - very very lively and a good laff but i found it hard in ordering the alcohol in talking to a scouser.
Newquay - if u r near to cornwall its a great place in the summer season and probably the best place in the country, cheap, great atmosphere and u have the beaches which is a bonus.
Wolverhampton - a dive
Worcester - nice pubs, uhave the race track if u fancy a flutter on the horses but the clubs r quite poor with only "Tramps" the real lively place.
London - lively but only go if u can afford London prices.
Gloucester - only 1 good club - "Interaction"
Whatever you decide its only as good as you make it !!! |

Definitely MANCHESTER! |

Fabric in London Town!
Either that or Chetser's bars are a classy way to while away an evening (and they tend to be easygoing ID-wise). xxx |

BRIGHTON, Can't get enough of those beachfront clubs!! But the ID issues might be hard so I say create you own party, get people to chip in and have a house. They are the best and no one outside of the party can see what your up to ;) catch my drift!? |

Wigan was a good night out, when i went on a stag weekend. |

Nottingham, no question, more bars per square mile than any other city in the UK. |

YOUR BEST OF GOING ABROAD FOR THE WEEKEND AS EVERY WHERE IN ENGLAND ALL PUBS AND NIGHT CLUBS ASK FOR I.D OR WHAT YOU COULD DO BOOK INTO A NICE HOTEL AND TAKE YOUR OWN DRINK AND MUSIC BUT DON'T BE TO LOUD OR YOU WILL GET KICKED OUT BUT ITS BETTER THAN NOTHING AT ALL. GOOD LUCK |

It has to be London for me
I’ve been to a few cities in England and no other city gives you the same variety as the big fog. |

There is a graveyard somehwere in england and its a gay hangout.
At night they hang around there,But im not sure why they chose a graveyard ,then again queer people do queer things.
so try there because im sure it will be an experience you will never forget |

I was a club promoter in Manchester for 5yrs until 3wks ago...now moved back to my home town of Newquay!!lol ...the Newquay suggestion is a good idea in the summer but out of season its a very quiet town with not much going on!!!
Manchester is great... and covers all sorts of music tastes...
if you want to party for the entire night until mid day a good choice would be:
Essential Nightclub on Minshull street just off the city centre which is by far the best party venue in the north
www.essentialmanchester.com
this is open until 7am then when the crowds move they go to Morning Glory which is hard house on the bottom floor and funky/vocal driven on the top floor (below queer bar richmond street -mixed crowd)
beware!!!!!!!!there is a strict door policy!!
if you want the meathead commercial place go to PURE which is in the printworks
for the alternative dance scene try snkeys (but get a taxi from the city centre as walking theres not the safest route!!!)
alternatively LEEDS & Brighton are great... look up the club night WILDFRUIT
http://www.aeonevents.co.uk/clubbing_main.php
which is one of the hottest once monthlys this country has to offer mixed clubbers all out to dance!!
hope this helps |

Liverpool has Alma De Cuba, voted Britain's best Venue in 2008. There are tons of bars and pubs and clubs to suite any taste, and the city is full of tourists from all over the world at the moment, as well as stag and hen parties.
Oh and we have a giant spider too. |

Brighton for girls and gay guys, they're not too strict on ID. Manchester is the best tho, followed by Newcastle.

Really depends what type of music ur into n wot type of nite u wanna have. Generally the bigger cities will provide the most variety.
I may b biased, but Liverpool is definately the choice 4 me. The hotels r reasonable as well, n especially with it bein the Capital of Culture there's loads goin on durin the day as well.
