No, it is not possible as the current passport is lost.
Its worth your fiancee contacting the passport office on 0870 521 0410 and explaining the situation as they will be able to advise her best.
For a standard renewal you can get a premium same day service at any of the passport offices.
Its important to note that whilst you can do a standard renewal on the premium same day service, the UK passport website states that you cannot replace a lost passport on this service. |

My sister who lives in London, and consequently is able to access the Passport office in person, fairly easily, tells me that she is going to do precisely that. It is going to cost her over £100, but she reckons it is worth it.
I would imagine that having the correct supporting documentation available at the time of the application is vital. Birth Certificate, documentation if there has been a change of name, and two photographs, one of which should be signed by an official or other responsible person to confirm the applicant person's identity.
I was able to obtain my new passport within a few days from the local consulate/embassy in a European country, but it did cost twice as much as it would have, had I waited until I was in the UK.
I do suggest that it is worth making a separate note of the date and the office that issues your passport, and, of course, its number, then if there is a query, you have the necessary information to hand that enables your record to be traced, fairly easily. |

Yes you can if you go to the passport agency office, you will need to notify them that you have lost your passport. Give them a call to arrange a time - and take a book as you will have a long wait.
Number is here:

As she would have to have her check ups done again. However phone or get yourself down to the passport office in Glasgow I believe it not far behind the Bus Station.
Hope you both get there on time.
Tail crossed - Nessie. |

Think you have to go to the passport agency in person. My sons friend travelled to Peterborough , taking all the necessary documents with him. Phone them first, but I'm sure this will be the only way you will get the passport in time. Call in at your nearest Post Office....they will tell you exactly what documents you will need. |

Yes...i think it costs a bit extra tho...just go to your local passport office and take a completed passport form, signed by guaranteur..full birth certificate and your passport photos (also signed)...its best to ring in advance...be there 1st thing in the morning (as soon as they open) and be prepared to wait all day (you will be surprised how many other people require a passport within 24 hours. Good luck and happy holidays. |

Some of the people who answered need to know what they are talking about before they put their fingers to work.
Yes, it is possible to get your passport in the same day which you apply but for this you need to apply in person.
For details on how to do this visit the website below. |
