Scotland - in the highlands, in a castle with a huge open fireplace, friendly locals, all very cosy like the front of a christmas card!

Go to Aviemore in Scotland, you'll have gorgeous views of the Cairngorm mountains. And the town it's self is full of fabulous restaurants. Great for those wanting a romantic break for 2!!!!!

aberfeldy...some lovely places to stay there, or the lake district is good...lots to do and lots of places in all the little towns to stay. have fun though...and it will be cold wherever you go so bring lots of nice red wine to warm your soul.

dukedog
Blackpool, lots of large hotels partying away, great fun and atmosphere, plus youve got the shops, promenade, panto and Christmas lights.
