the best one that is central, cheap and the people are lovely is the franklyn hotel, its run by adele and tony and they are just great nothing is to much trouble and they have a lock up for your car. the address is 32 hornby road number 01253 623181. hope this helps and say hello from me. suzanne

You only need to walk up and down the seafront to find a cheap B&B. They are all pretty much the same. If you wanted to book in advance, try puttin B&B in yell.com under Blackpool and look for establishments on or off the Promonade. Watson Road is near the pleasure beach and Waterloo road is nearer to the nightlife.
FYI. They have just taken all the rides down at Southport and put them up at Blackpool so check it's still worth going or if it's shut etc.

anything not on sea front. they are generally more than ones just on the edges of town centre. there is loads. it is blackpool after all

I'm not convinced there are any expensive ones. If you turn up you might struggle to find one that'll take 9 at one go, but you should have no problem whatsoever in finding them. A good start would be blackpool's TIC.
