Deep fried mars bars are surprisingly good. I was not convinced until a friend decided to buy me one. Being me I ate it because if it's free then I can't help it. Anyways, it turned out the be mighty delicious. I would definately reccomend it to those with a sweet tooth.
Careful though, the inside can be hot!

Don't go there. Scotland has the highest rate of heart disease in europe. It should carry a government health warning. Once bought a pizza in a Perth chippie. It was deep fried.soaked in saturated fats. Gave it back to the shop.

Chippy delicacy, mars bar dipped in batter then fried. Actually quite nice, bit like a warm eclair. But a heart attack waiting to happen...

WOW Ive never heard of that but i WANT ONE it sounds delicious!!!!!

It started in Stonehaven just south of Aberdeen. Had one once but the molton glob of chocolate sort of slid out of the batter sheath. Never had second one.

Not surprisingly as the jocks deep fry just sbout anything. Meat pies, pizza - they all go in the fat for a "freshen up".

You have been warned

hog4ubaby
how much detail do you want? it involves a mars bar and some batter, then you stick in in your chops

vikingbonesuk
Is it any wonder that the scots have such a high rate of heart disease and a short life expectancy

lila
