Diseases in England (spotted dick)?

I'm traveling to London this summer and I KNOW I'll be scoring with all the lovely English ladies. I'm worried about catching diseases, and the worst one I've heard of is spotted dick-- how contagious is it? How big are the spots? What color are they? Is it curable?

Thanks!
Additional Details
I read somewhere that some people in England eat spotted dick?!? Does that mean if I catch it I'll have my penis cut off???

hi
OK here's the lowdown on us Brits. We don't wash much, aren't quite sure what to do with a toothbrush, we love to eat eels (snake fish) at every meal and we drink ale 24/7. Also we only got black and white TV, get our water from a well and smear pig's lard on our skin in stead of suncream. And we love Americans! x

Wow. The sad thing is that i have no idea whether or not you're serious.

I have never heard of the disease "Spotted Dick". So just wear a condom to prevent all STDs and you have probably around the same chance getting an STD in England than in any other 1st world country.

By the way you said people eat spotted dick. Spotted dick is I a brand of English Pudding.

wonder
