i used to get totally confused but:
they go back an hour, so the time now is 11:00 tomorrow it will be 10:00.
i remember by spring forward fall back, spring being summer/spring so the clocks will go forward(spring forward) and fall being winter(end of British summer time :( ) so the clocks will go back (fall back)
you should change your clocks at 2am!!
so this means we get an extra hour in bed lol
hope this helps |

Back 1 hour into winter (2am Sunday morning 28th October), then Spring forward 1 hour next March. |

Beginning in 2007, most of the United States begins Daylight Saving Time at 2:00 a.m. on the second Sunday in March and reverts to standard time on the first Sunday in November. In the U.S., each time zone switches at a different time.
In the European Union, Summer Time begins and ends at 1:00 a.m. Universal Time (Greenwich Mean Time). It begins the last Sunday in March and ends the last Sunday in October. In the EU, all time zones change at the same moment. |

A useful way of remembering which way they go:
In Spring, they SPRING FORWARD.
In Fall (Autumn) they FALL BACK. |

They go back 1 hour so if you had to go to work at 9am you will really be there at 8am which means you will have to wake up an hour early |
