Belfast is part of the UK ... UK notes apply.
PS Ireland uses the Euro.

No your still in Britain but you will need to change to Euro if you cross into the Republic. I think you need a geography lesson though LOL |

There is no more use for Irish money..it is all Euro now. UK uses British Sterling so you are all set with that. You can also use credit cards everywhere, or withdraw out of an ATM foro the appropriate currancy. |

Belfast is part of the UK and hence use GBP pounds sterling. However there are some places in Belfast that will accept EURO's. Northern Ireland banks produce their own money but most places in the mainland UK wont accept it so when returning make sure you change your money to Bank of England notes |

Legally they have to accept English pounds, but be careful if you are going back to England as they do not legally have to accept Irish pound notes! The Republic of Ireland uses Euros but Northern Ireland doesn't! |

All outlets in Belfast will accept Bank of England notes (Northern Ireland being part of the United Kingdom). However, be careful when leaving Northern Ireland as currency issued by Northern Irish banks is not always accepted in England. |

No we take any pounds here and credit/debits cards and the usual, If your going down south though you will need to get euros. |

All outlets in Belfast accept English notes as it is part of the United Kingdom, some places might accept euros though.
Once you go into the South of Ireland, you need to have euros |

Belfast is part the United Kingdom! They use UNITED KINGDOM POUNDS/GREAT BRITAIN POUNDS(UKP/GBP) |

Anything but euros. We take English, Welsh, Scottish and Northern Irish. |

No! Belfast is in the UK you know. |

N. Ireland, part of UK, therefore Pound sterling is the currency there. You will get away with using pound sterling in southern ireland as well but they don't appreciate it and will often charge you like for like (i.e. 1 euro = 1 pound) and you will lose out there. |

this question really annoys me at the arrogance off English people in that you still don't realise that Belfast is part of the UK so off course we accept your money maybe you should stay at home though. |
