all u need is valid photo id ie driving licence

terry the tram man
No passport required - but - you must have some form of Photo ID to book in and pass through security. I travel a lot between Scotland and England (all UK)

the cats' mother
it is the same country you do not need a passport to travel around the country once you are admitted into the country.

I Dont' think you need a passport, just a valid and accepted form of identification, like a driver's license :)

In theory no, but you will almost certainly need it for identification purposes.

Georgie
yes on a plane you need your passport, even for a domestic flight

Melanie M
If you have one, you should carry it with you just in case. If you are taking the train or driving it isn't needed, but if you fly you will have to have some sort of ID anyway, so take your passport.

Penfold
No as you do not need to pass immigration. However, you will need photo id to board the plane.

It depends on the Airline you use.

I know that Easyjet INSIST on either a Passport or Photographic Driving Licence.

carina
if you're travelling by air you'll need the passport for the ID ... if you're travelling by road or train then, no, you won't need the passport

Jason O
Yes so take it or you will not get on the plane

Helena
No, but you need photo ID, such as a photographic drivers licence.
