Why do you ask?
You need to weigh up the advantages - is there work for you in Cardiff - or university or what?
I've not been to South Wales, only north, so can't advise on the basis of experience.

the last time I went I felt so good when I crossed the Bristol Channel into Wales. I had landed in London. The people in Wales are much nicer --- I was disappointed at my time in England especially since I was born there and lived there for the first 10 years of my life. In wales I had conversations and was not treated as less than or as alien as I was in England. You will find the welsh people kind and all the interesting things in wales -- the entertainment and cultural attractions are many just as they are in england but the people are much nicer. I know in england I would never be accepted as equal until I had my english accent come back -- right now I have a canadian accent as I did the last time I went a few years ago. When I went back into england from wales my relatives were asking about caves - saying the welsh live in caves - I thought that was so horrible and ignorant. I had such a nice time in Wales -Cardiff was great too. |

Cardiff is cool - really bustling city, loads of clubs, bars and restaurants and cheaper than living in London.
Plus, you've more chance of seeing the FA cup in Cardiff next year than you have at Wembley! |

DO!!! you will appreciate the smaller town. it wont be as rough and you will broaden your horizons. you can always visit London to see friends family etc but you will also make new friends. |

Cardiff is alot better than london. People are not rude, there are loads of places to go, the nightlife is good, And you don't have to pay to park your car outside your own house. And whats this obsession everyone has got with sheep there are no sheep in cardiff its a city. |

I don't know what's in Cardiff but if your looking into moving there then your should. If it doen't workout then you can always come back to London. |

Depends on the reason for moving but don't Cardiff won't have the same opportunites as London. If you moved I bet you would end up really bored after about 3 days wishing you were back in London. |
