Do people from outside Scotland (eg England) have to pay for healthcare?

I was having a conversation with two of my friends who seemed adament that people from England would have to pay for healthcare in Scotland, even though we have the NHS in the UK, whereas I have heard nothing of this happening.
Additional Details
In response to "Pilled Up Frank", I was not trying to fuel xenophobic remarks towards the Scottish. I was merely trying to figure out why my two friends think that if they became ill whilst in Scotland, they would have to pay for treatment. I said to them that it was a load of rubbish but they refused to believe me. This led me to ask the opinions/facts from fellow Yahoo users.

(I was not intending that Prescriptions be taken into account, as I know that you have to pay for prescriptions anywhere in the UK)

There are some things free to Scottish locals the English would be charged for. Tends to affect pensioners mostly.

Similar to Uni Education. Non Scots have to pay the full fees.

Sir Lexus Pilled Up Frank
To the answer above 'We pay for Scotlands'. No chestnut brain, we pay for our own, I pay tax and I'm damn sure you don't pay for any of my prescriptions, I live in Scotland and had to pay for my prescriptions last week.
I wish idiots that fall into the medias trap of fuelling anti-scottish feeling would get their facts right before opening their big gobs!! Nearly 1/12th of the population up here is English....it's in the census, they get the same healthcare benefits when they live here as Scottish people.
Lets just do a little sum 1/12th of 5.5 million = 458,000...thats roughly the amount of English people in Scotland, a tad more than the amount of Scottish people in England, so stop the lies, I had to move back from Kent due to xenophobes calling me names, if it happens up here to English people it's in the papers as an outrage (and that happens rarely).
For such a big country England and many of it's people seem to have a complex about other nations, get over it!

they don't have to pay.

When you say healthcare, does that mean the treatment they get at hospitals or prescriptions? All NHS hospitals are free to everyone in the UK,prescriptions are only free if you're entitled to certain benefits, under 16 or in full time education.

vx
No, as we have been subsidising you english for decades now with the north sea oil.

I'd have to pay for my health care in England, just as I do just now in Scotland. Even though it's called the NHS it's not totally free. A large part of my taxes go to pay for that. Remember it was that witch Thatcher that brought prescription charges in to begin with.
