Yes. I used to live in Bath, and did this journey all the time. It's just under 99 miles in distance. It takes a couple of hours by train, and my brother used to get us thre in the car within 1hr 30 mins.

I don't know distance exactly..
But it is possible to communicate from birmingham to bath.

smee_1972
Well according to multimap, it's 100 miles and would take you about 2 hours to get there......I'd say that's a pretty hefty commute, but maybe worth it if the money's good!

Don't foget, one accident on the M5 and you could be stuck for hours......

Go to www.racroutefinder.co.uk and it'll calculate time for travel and distance between two points. Train travel best bet, can be expensive.

It takes 2 hours to get from Bath to Birmingham. This is an average time, from centre to centre, not including traffic jams at rush hour etc. Obviously it depends on what side of the cities you want to go to/leave from. (If you know Birmingham ring road, you'll know how much time it adds to an average journey at peak time.)

Do you mean commute morning and evening, or just at the weekend? Personally I wouldn't want to spend 4 hours every day in the car.....

1.5 hours on the m5 i hate the m5 its corners are deceptive in a van at 100mph
