I was born in the UK and left in 1983 for work in the middle east. Was moved back to the UK by my company for the Eurotunnel project in 1989, and couldn't get away again fast enough!

Home for me is now Singapore, I don't have to worry about locking doors and windows, and have changed heating bills for air conditioning bills.

Would I ever go back to the UK - NO THANKYOU

I love the Uk but honestly it's getting too expensive to live there and the culture is being eroded by PC non-sense. I'd choose Oz as there, the culture is being defended. I love multiculturalism but there must be 1 dominanat culture.

I'm thinking of moving to Poland, the only downside is you can't get a plumber, taxi driver or joiner!

Portugal is the place.

There are nicer places to live when it comes to weather etc. But i live in Scotland and i love it. Government in Britain is a bit dodgy but not as bad as some others. I think myself lucky.

if u are from south africa u would know that uk is the most boring and lonely place to be. people here seem to be anti-social. u can spend years without knowing u'r neighbours, people are just stereotype. its really boring but its good to make money here and then go where there is LIFE .

Some parts of the UK are nice...not Medway though!

If I had the money I would have a nice apartment in New Yorks East Village.

I personally dont like the UK and I want to move to America. I know alot of people will thumbs down me or whatever for saying that but there is so much more choice in America, and living costs over here are getting ridiculous. I have always been fascinated with America so that explains some of it.
