Are you for real? We helped invent the thing, didn't we? Tim Berners-Lee was born in England, thank you very much, like most good scientists. They just go to the US for the money.
This is all aside from the point though. What part of the planet doesn't have the internet? People are starving throughout most of Africa, but even the poorest nations there have at least one internet service provider, even if they only have dial-up and not broadband. It's all a question of whether you have the money or not. |
