SA65 is not a London postcode. London postcodes start N, NW, SE, SW, WC, or EC.

That postcode is somewhere in Wales http://streetmap.co.uk/newmap.srf?x=195877&y=236974&z=0&sv=SA65+9HL&st=2&pc=SA65+9HL&mapp=newmap.srf&searchp=newsearch.srf

And that phone number is a mobile (cell) phone - very dodgy - can't believe it is a bona-fide business premises.

And I've never seen an address in the UK quoted as 27/20 - - every one in the UK would quote the smaller number first - so it would be 20/27 Hamilton St.

Also nearly every street in the UK has even numbers on one side of the road and odd on the other so it is unusual to have an address with both odd and even numbers - very suspicious.

Well that postcode is all wrong for a start. Sounds like one of those made up addresses from phishing emails. Beware!

looks dodgy to me mate :)

The SA postcode you have given is Swansea. And the phone number you have quoted is a mobile, so that could be anywhere in the country from one hour to the next.

Even worse than a mobile number, it's an 070- number which is a follow-me "personal" number charged at even more than mobile rates (i.e. about 50p/minute from a landline).
The address is pure nonsense.
Do not touch with even your longest barge pole!

No. It should say 20/27 and Hammersmith and SA65 is in west Wales.
Scam.

It is 'Hammersmith Inn' not Hammersmit

I think SA is the postcode for Swansea
