Yeah i live in Stoke so didnt stay over, wouldnt recommend queuing for many though other than Oblivion, Nemesis, Air, Submission.

They are the main ones, try and get them out the way first then do the others.

Maybe the hotel will be good? Let us know! Have a look on the website for some ride advise

great day out. Nemisis is the best ride but Air, Rita, Oblivion are all good rides. Never stayed over there but you will have a good time. Enjoy.

alton towers is amazing, but make sure you get a queue jump pass. they are about 15pounds but are so worth it, i queued for one ride for about 1 1/2 hours, with a queue jump you wont have to

Alton tower's is very good.
But I'm not going to spoil it for you you'll have to see what it's like yourself...
You have to bare in mind that queues can be very long (sometimes up to 2 hours people can wait)
so as soon as you get to the park (morning i would think) run to Air and Nemisis (best rides ever) and queue for them first as later on the in the afternoon they will be packed.
Then go to oblivion (BEST). Then you can go to all the other wee rides like Spinball whizzer and Corkscrew as queues for them are tiny.
Everyone's talking about Rita... i thought it was a bit of a let down as i queued for an hour and a half and the ride was over in about 10 seconds and you close your eyes because of the speed you're going at... well I did anyway.
Water rides... THE BATH ONE is amazing. It get's you most wet... the river rapids doesn't as much and it's not very exciting tbh.

so yeah.. that's my recommendations

Hope you have a great time!

Alton Towers is great, been a few times as I live close by. Make sure you wear flat shoes, as there is a lot of walking to be done. Have a gr8 day x

I have been to AT and have also stayed over once. A long time ago now thou. However, it was good, the hotel is magical as all the rooms are themed and if you stay over you can get into the park at about 9.30am (gates open at 10.00) so you get to go on a few rides without queues and also coz you're one of the first in the park you are first in line when queues do start forming

Make sure you go on spinball whizzer, it's not on of the biggest rides, but it is the most fun. queing for the front of ride can take a while, but for Nemesis is worth it. the back of nemisis is great fun as well as there is more G force, but i wouldn't recommend it if you have a headache. Only the front of Rita will do as i found it a bit rough everywhere else. Air is a must do, I don't see the point in queing for the front for that one. Oblivion, should be done at least once, but if your afraid of heights you might want to miss that one. Hex is definitely worth a go. There is one with pod in a ring like the London eye but faster I think it's called submission, that's good for a laugh.

Hope you have Fun!!!!!!!!!

yeh when i was really small!!! im going back after all my exams are over and i cant wait! My cousins stayed over and they said it was really nice there! have a great time! :D

yeah, was a couple of years ago mind so not been on rita queen of speed, oblivion and nemesis really good, hex was rubbish though.....you end up sat staring at a log with fairy lights tilted at a slight angle and the room spins around you while you sit stationery. have heard good things about rita. (didn't stay over as live in stoke)

Bristol City Got Klass
yeah but i prefered Drayton Manor

MUCH BETTER

Yeah, its ok for kids or a teenage date, but for an adult its the worlds greatest anti climax. Go to blackpool pleasure beach instead!!!
