Oh you could take her to George Square, they have an ice rink and carnival rides there just now.
Means if you don't drive, its easy enough to get to and central.

you can go to xcape or something.
its in braehead beside ikea and its a ski slope but watching is fun on its own..

why not go into town and visit george square. There is ice skating and a stage which has bands at times.
