Flights are just beginning to start again according to the BBC Breakfast programme.
I just wish that Bill Turnbull and others would stop calling it 'Glarsgow' there is no 'R' in it. It is 'Glasgow' with a short 'A' as in 'apple'.

For now the airport is completely shut down, and passengers are still on the tarmac. Horrible, but at least they are safe.

From The Website

" Disruption at Glasgow Airport
30 June 2007

Glasgow Airport remains closed following the events of earlier this afternoon. The terminal is not expected to open until tomorrow morning at the earliest. Passengers are advised not to travel to the airport at this time.

Anyone due to fly overnight, or during Sunday, should confirm the status of their flight with their airline, before leaving for the airport. All flights remain suspended for the time being.

Around 2,300 passengers are being coached from Glasgow Airport to a reception centre at the SECC, where they will be reunited with friends and family.

Further updates will be issued throughout the evening."

ah, I know someone who works in the airport, they are keeping it from the news I think but she or he said it will either be opened today or definately tomorrow morning, she also said they have been working hard since the fire was put out.

REMEMBER: They can't stop our flights, ha they have saved our holiday sun burns and instead they have took the burn (in a very severe life threatening way)
HA HA!! stupid daft terrorists... all I know is that the police and bystanders kicked a good few shades of S***E out of them first! YASSS!!

It's closed tonight and they're not sure about the next couple of days. They've been broadcasting a phone number for enquiries.

We can't say yet. However it turns out that it wasn't a terrorist attack at all, it was just a bunch of drunk guys on their way to a barbeque (that explains the propane gas).
