Fastest is Bakerloo line to Paddington then Heathrow express. A little slower but cheaper is tube all the way (changing to Piccadilly line) Obviously this would all involve a certain amount of walking to & from platforms and between trains.
OR you could take a main line (surface) train to Feltham (they are quite frequent) - straight out of Feltham station without having to negotiate any stairs, then a 285 or X26 bus direct to Heathrow Central bus station (for terminal 3). It isn't far and the buses are frequent - Or you could get a cab from Feltham - it would cost a lot less than from Waterloo! |

cheapest option would be to get a tube train from waterloo to green park and change onto the picadilly line westbound towards heathrow airport though you might have to change trains at acton town as some go to uxbridge.....and breathe |

Black Taxi would be easiest (and most expensive - around £50 from Waterloo. |

a taxi to piccadilly circus and then tube piccadilly line because if you take a tube at waterloo is a nighmare chage at green park a long walk with suit case.... |

Get on the tube. Go on the Jubilee line northbound to Baker Street. Change for the Bakerloo line westbound and get off at Paddington. Buy a ticket at Paddington mainline station for the Heathrow Express. It takes 15 minutes from Paddington Station.
I do not advise the Piccadilly line method of getting to Heathrow as it takes forever and you never know how long it will take. |

the time and cost effective route would be taking a northern line from waterloo to leicester square and then piccadelly line from there onwards to heathrow terminal 3.pay as you go is valid so it will cost you less.any route you take you will have to walk approximately 10 mins to the desired destination. If cost is not an issue then taking a taxi will surely save you from waliking. |

Take the tube as it goes all the way to heathrow. |

Apart from the taxi option mentioned previously there is no easy option. I would recommend taking the jubilee line to Green Park, and then the Piccadilly line to Heathrow.
I guess you could instead get a taxi from Waterloo to Paddington, then the Heathrow express, but that won't save you much hassle.
You might possibly find some trolleys at Heathrow. |

Taxi if you're made of money, otherwise the tube but you'll have to negotiate a LOT of stairs with those bags. |
