I moved to Sofia in Bulgaria 2 years and have never regretted it. The summers are warm or even hot but the winters are cold. Cost of living is cheap and the people are VERY friendly. Wonderful scenery and golden beaches. Yes a nice country.

well i grew up in England and have travelled the world and I would suggest 2 places - Perth Australia or San Diego California - I live in SD now and although its expensive it is wonderful
