The last time I went to Morecombe it had very little to offer. It seemed to be quite run down, and there was not very much going on in the way of seaside entertainment. Now that was 3 or 4 years ago, so whether it has improved or not I dont know. I do remember the tide goes a long way out, and it can turn suddenly, so there is potential for a dangerous situation to arise, so if you do decide to go, then take care if near the water.

Two sharks are swimming togeather... One says to the other, "im sick of eating seal, i want something new"
To which the other replies, "Ok, lets go to Morecambe and have a chinese"
