Yes, my sister lives in Redcar. Actually I think it's quite a nice beach, not crowded. Then again, the weather in Yorkshire sometimes leaves a lot to be desired LOL!

Ellie.
I went on a day trip last year to reminisce because when i was young (35 years ago )it was quite a nice place. But with age comes wisdom sometimes things are best left to fond memories i wouldn't go again.

Charlotte-Jade
My auntie lives there so i go every year, i love it! :D the arcades are amazing and the beach is stunning :)

To help out on a day trip with some elderly people. I was only 14 and was pushing one old lady in her wheelchair when she asked me to take her to the loo.

When I got to the loo I found that she couldn't actually stand up and nobody would help me, so I had to take her back to the bus.

Been there many times for nights out, good place. Used to go there a lot when my mate's parents had a caravan at nearby Saltburn. Also used to go regularly on bus trips when i was a kid. The Redcar Bowl is good, they get many live bands on there. Always worth checking out.

yes .... luckily i found a road and drove out.

No, the nearest I have been is Saltburn by the Sea. I took my father there as he was stationed there during the war. He wanted to see if it had changed.
