Yes, a few of them. A woman who moved to the UK when her husband was killed, a former army guy who I met at a range and a former farmer who got burned out. All pretty nice stable sociable people. Oh, and a guy from the Forestry Commission who flew in WWII and stayed in the UK afterwards, another decent sort.
