Yes four times it is quick, easy and gets you to france in 30mins. But don`t take photos in the carriages or you could set off the fire alarms (there are little signs that tell you so). OooPs!!!

i have. its fast and efficient and a lot quicker than travelling by ferry. Cuts down on travelling to paris by car.

I have been through it and it is nothing special. Driving onto it is very similar to driving into a multi-storey car park. When you get in, it's like being in a long, thin multi-storey car park with no windows.

I remember the journey being very short, but smelling of petrol fumes and being quite loud. It was a bit of a disappointment really.

there not much to say about it , just a very quick way to get to france

I use the tunnel every 6 weeks, the supporting road network is good, check in and loading is super fast and very well organised compared to any other way of crossing The Channel. I'm quite happy to sit in my car during the 35 minute crossing, there are loos provided and that's enough. The carriages have plenty of little windows but don't expect panoramic views of herds of zebras etc. Of course flash photography is forbidden but their are lots of good videos on Youtube to which'll show you exactly what it's like.

I have. I was on a coach, taking my granddaughter to Disneyland Paris. We were held up for 3 hours because an illegal immigrant had died in the tunnel, trying to get to the UK.

it's boring.

no i have not been though it

Katie F
Yeah. I hated it.

We were on a coach, and only had a gap of about 50cm from the door to the train's wall. We weren't allowed to leave the coach apart from to go to the toilet, and the entire place stank of toilet and petrol fumes. Also, I get very travel sick, and we'd already been travelling for 8 hours by that point, so we were all exhausted.... AND I'd just had a major argument with my boyfriend

Not a good experience.

I have never been though it but I have been through it and the pressure gave me a headache all the way there and all the way back so now I go on the ferry coz its cheaper and you get offers like free wine and food
