yes - loads of times. its a great place - full of history. great place to explore and people watch, with loads of choice for bars, pubs, cafes and restuarants. plenty of museums and galleries. you come back a bit grotty and have black stuff coming out your nose when you blow it for a day after but its worth it!! |

Yes, my grandfather flies his grandkids over there when they are fifteen, so we can explore for a week and see his restaurant! That was almost six years ago for me...but I remember absolutely loving the city. It's beautiful, and lively, and so full of history! People say it is better to visit than to live there, but I would love to be able to work and live there for a few years, it would be very interesting. |

I spent a couple of days there last summer, and I loved it! Very busy, exciting city, lots to see, great shows, and the tube makes it easy to get around. Crazy weather though boiling ht one minute, pouring rain the next! |

Yes, but I preferred Bath better, then took the train through the Chunnel to Paris. London was okay, will be back there in May. |

Yes... I even lived there about a year before moving to the West Midlands... and I liked London. |

Yes. busy, dirty, noisy, expensive, interesting, international, full of surprising parks and byways, and very tiring. There are lots of other cities in the UK that are more rewarding to visit I think. I'd recommend Manchester and Edinburgh. |

Samuel Johnson wrote "when a man is tired of London, he is tired of life, for there is in London all that life can afford"
London is a remarkable place to visit and if you are fortunate enough, to live. It really does have everything that a person could want. If you are young and looking for excitement it has that and some to spare. If you are looking for peace and quiet, there are dozens of the most beautiful parks in which to loose yourself. History and culture, more than you could explore in a life time. The arts, theatres restaurants the choice is so endless I could write for ever. Every corner that you turn will provide you with a feast for the eyes. It is a most fascinating city.Visit it as soon as you can |

Yes,one of the cities i visited is London.I did really enjoyed my stay there.I visited many places and meseums.I felt 'free',nobody looks at me and there're so many people and i can feel people.Unlike where i live (South Switzerland),after 7 pm,not even a dog would be in the street. It's a great experience to me to be in a big, beautiful city like London. It's not better, not worst, but different.
I made 2 trips on London Eye,a visited to Madam Thaussaud, London Tower,St.James Park,Hyde Park,Rock Circus,Trafalgar Square,Piccadilly Circus and the Buckingham Palace..
After that i went outside the city to Whipsnade natural park then to Brighton.People were nice everywhere. In the evening i went for some musical operas at Covern Garden.Dining outs were fantastic.I went also to Sticky Fingers...mmm,,such a nice place.
I really enjoyed my stay in London. And i went for two times,hehe..
Thanks and be happy. |
