London's usually really warm during the summer, and can be very hot and humid especially on the underground (tube), so bring summer clothes plus layers (a couple of sweaters/cardigans) and a waterproof jacket.. Flat, comfortable shoes/sandals are a must.
Don't bring a bum-bag - you don't want to look like a tourist if you can help it!
To check out where to go, try Time Out Magazine, available almost everywhere.
Hope you have a lovely holiday.

it is not raining, it is quite warm but nowhere near as warm as italy will be. A light jacket or warm cardigans are good for during the day. Night times can get quite cold in the UK.
London has been very warm recently though and you could probably get away with no jacket

that was really rude of you whoever posted that link. i'm sitting here with my niece who is nine years old and i wanted some information about london. i had to shield her eyes quickly. that is disgusting that you would even post stuff as brutal and vile as that on yahoo and to anybody reading DON'T CLICK ON THAT!!!! it is disgusting beyond words. answers is about helping people. remember that.

I'm from glasgow and weather wise its pretty much the same. I would bring jeans and tops but also maybe a skirt and blouse in case its nice. It's June so it can be warm but can also start raining out of no where so bring a coat and sumfin light too. umberlla and scarf just in case u feel the cold easier.

It's supposed to get alot warmer next week, but bring some waterproof stuff and an umbrella just in case. There's gales forcasted for Sunday, so it might be still a little windy. Just bring some warm stuff too.

Mainly bring sunny stuff, it won't be as hot as in Italy, but it might get warm. Maybe a short dress or something.

Taf
Bring clothes for the rain, but not really cold. Hope you have fun.

it's warm, but theres going to be showers, bring an umbrella, a jumper, and general summer clothes and you'll be fine
for night, just wear what you'd normally wear out
