I came on the original (2years stay, 2years work) but I have a lot of friends who came on the new scheme, and are still working for the same employer after a year.
Some employers are strict and will police these rules, but if you are a good worker, a lot of employers will simply turn a blind eye.
As long as the work can be classified as temporary work you wont really have a problem. And especially if it's through agencies, cause they soon loose track of all their employees.
I think a lot of people do it, just no-one talks about it.

I haven't.

Do you mean using up all your visa? You should be able to go back to the same agent and ask them to continue with you. Never stay in England (or anywhere for that matter) longer than your visa allows however.

Be careful lady - you will get caught out at some point and this will cause problems when you wish to travel and apply for visa's later on it life.

Is this another case of you lot trying to beat the guidelines ? do you wonder why we get so angry with people abusing our hospitality in this country, why not go at the end of your stay, then re enter as an illegal immigrant like the masses.....
