Try this site. People advertise loads of stuff on it, including accommadation. You quite often see someone offer accommadation in return for maintenance or simalar. Or have you thought of au pairing? anyway, try this site, good luck. www.gumtree.co.uk

there isn't any, unless you have a friend who lives down there. YHA's are resonable, but sometimes a bit grotty. good luck hope you find some!

try google search, you may be able to stay somewhere for working. The Bruderhoff do it in Kent but it is over 50 miles from London. Check their web site out, they are in Robertsbridge and nonington.
Good luck anyway. You can stay for free at the twelve tribes in Devon also.
