Hello, the best and obvious way is to hire a car near to where you start, and then an air flight from Bristol Airport, direct to Liverpool, telephone Bristol Airport or you local travel agent, and they will make sure you are in Liverpool on time for 2 o'clock, Bon voyage. .........................Tony M
