Sorry to say but with Ryan Air it is one of those things that you need to go to their counter at the airport and show up at least 4 hours before your flight, and do not be one second late. If you are still in the queue when check-in closes, they shut up desk and you will not get on your flight! (I was in the queue dammit!)
I complain too much. There is a Ryanair Forum which you could try. Certain that if you get enough online support for a suggested new route, it is something they would look into.
