Where from you may have to go over the bridge depending on where you go from

Don't go on the M4 because they charge you to get in, though it is free to come out again.

If you can't even explain where you are starting or exactly where you are going can you actually be trusted to be in charge of a car?

You can fly into Cardiff Airport or Drive on several motorways to get into Wales. If you are coming from the south and use the M4 you will have to pay the toll to come over the bridge.
