The daily grind is pretty much the same wherever you are in the western world.

Like ordinary people all over the world, we day dream thinking that no one has it worse than ourselves and that the grass is greener on the other side of the fence.

pretty good if compared to many countries in the world, the weather isn't too great but there aren't really any extremes for example we have no hurricane season. The economy isn't great right now, but then again your in the US so you'll understand. Mostly the people are nice and friendly just watch out for chavs. The foods ok but if your a bit bored you can find a local curry house or something.

I live in the middle of nowhere,in a small place, lots of lovely scenery, no night life or shops or anything much else but depends what you're looking for. Long winters, short summers.
Britains a very diverse place and you can go 50 miles and its as different again. Take your pick, city, town, village, country, coastal, moorland or mountain its all here.

Enjoy your new life.

Horrifically expensive, unfriendly, dirty, overcrowded, riddled with anti-social behaviour, large amounts of knife crime, pick pockets, muggings and robberies, rubbish weather and polluted. Although outside of London it's rather nice (albeit still very expensive).
