You've got the numbers already. Just reality checking on spelling.
The correct spelling is KILOMETERS; not KILL. The METRES portion of the word is a bit more flexible depending on your geography. Have a metric day.

therefore to go from km to miles: divide by 8 and multiply by 5
and from miles to km: divide by 5 and multiply by 8

For a quick way to do it in your head, divide by 6 and times by 4. Not exact but gets the job done.
