I'm thinking of moving to Grimsby - what's it like?

And my future husband would like to know - are there any good chip shops?

good chip shops but the whole place is run down and sh1t hole

You would be better off in Southport, or on the Wirral. The best fish and chip shops for miles, fresh air from the Dee and Mersey estuaries, green fields, close to major cities, close to Wales...and you can get the best fresh shrimps in Parkgate, from the river in front of the shop!

or you could go to Greasby, but that is about as grim as Grimbsy!

Good luck!

You don“t say where you are living now...so am unable to say whether or not it“s a step in the right direction, but from my experience, Grimsby is GRIM.
