LOL i hear its very cold but i would love to see it snow just once..so i would visit just to see some snow..i will have to skip the cuppa though..dont plan to stay long enough to get toooo used to them cold nights.

I don`t like it much myself, but I must admit, years ago I spent 6 years in the boiling humid heat of Malaysia, and I was never so glad to get back to the UK`s `temperate` climate.

Get a grip. Just be thankful you don't live somewhere that has 6 foot of snow in the winter, summers so hot the pollution kills, cyclones,tornados, serious drought etc.
I personally wouldn't want to live in constant heat, been to hot countries and felt awful with headaches/tiredness. And that much sun is bad for you anyway-if you don't get skin cancer you look like a prune!

I speak as someone whose holiday was cancelled due to the soddin' floods last year.
Still love it...4 tangible seasons.The smell of wet leaves , frosty mornings , summer mornings.

it's very strange. it was sunny and hot this afternoon and we were sat in the pub garden drinking. it is now raining heavy and thunder and lightning. ............. maybe that global warming stuff is true..... ooooooooo big clap of thunder just scared me and my dog but the kids are ok!!!!!!!!!!
