Les Miserables, Chicago, Blood Brothers are some of the shows I have seen and thoroughly enjoyed. Recommend any of those, but please check ticket availability and if possible book before you leave home. Enjoy whatever one you pick!!! |

There is a place in London where you can get cheaper tickets for the shows...sorry can't remember whether it is in Leicester Square or Piccadilly Circus...it's a booth and you queue up and sometimes you get people trying to sell you tickets while you are queuing, but don't buy them as they are a rip off....
Just did a search...it's Leicester Square...

Les Miserables and the Phantom of the Opera are both fantastic. Mary Poppins is good, but it's pretty expensive. |

Any shows that make it to the west end are bound to be good. Why not try "The Sound Of Music" ? or "Dirty Dancing" ? |

In the last 3 months I have seen
Avenue Q- funny but lots of gay jokes and a bit of puppet sex
Spamalot- very funny if you like Monty Python
Chicago- great production though the lead has been taken over by Ashley Judd after I saw it and I haven't seen any review of her performance.
Wicked is now playing and getting good reviews. That will hopefully be on my next trip into London.
The half price booth is in Leicester square in a large kiosk in the square itself. There are lots of places claiming to be the place but they are not. Here is a link for show date/ synopsis and booking on line. Enjoy your trip. London is a great town

Buy the Sunday Mail. The back pages are full of adverts for shows, remember the best ones are always booked up well in advance. |

Blood Brothers and Joseph and his amazing technicoloured dreamcoat are both very good. |

everyone I know that's been thoroughly recommends Spamalot as a really entertaining night - even the most cynical of my friends. That and the producers should have you falling out of your seats |

I would try Dirty Dancing or even Avenue Q. I would have Saturday Night Fever but I think that's finished. To be honest this is just word of mouth! |

Mama Mia is the greatest! If you can't stand ABBA then don't see it. I saw The Woman in Black and it was good. It's more of a scary one though. |
