here goes, in glasgow you have the kelvingrove art gallery with sections for the kids, across the road you have the transport museum (both free as are all museums in glasgow) both next to kelvingrove park. acroos the water you have the glasgow science centre, in pollokshaws you have the burrell collection in pollok park, on great western road you have the botanic gardens, in the city centre you have the gallery of modern art with projects fo the kids, in the east end you have the peoples palace( my fav) in glasgow green with lots of play parks that are safe for tots. lots of things to do for little or no money.

why dont you take them to:
- the transport museum i loved that place as a kid
- science museum
- imax cinema
- blackshaw farm (not sure if its still running though went in p3 and loved it!!....oh so long ago!!)
- haggs castle in pollokshields
- pollok park to see the highland coos

hope that helps!!

why not take them on a day trip on the maid of the loch at loch lomond plus you have shops there as well.
