Go and have a drink in the bar at the Dorchester. The promenarde at the entrance has sofas and chairs all the way along and a bar at the end. Last time I walked through there to the bar i saw quite a few famous people. But like anyone, they probably don't want total strangers coming and tryin to 'hangout' with them, but for celeb spotting it's definately the best place.

The Hotel - http://www.thedorchester.com/
The Promenarde bar I mentioned - http://www.thedorchester.com/restaurants_bars/promenade.html

We all know that London is celebrity central - from the A list echelons of Hampstead and Primrose Hill to D and E list stars keeping it real in Brixton and Hackney!

There's a endless list of celebs spotted at locations at this link: http://www.bbc.co.uk/london/entertainment/celebrity/star_struck.shtml

Have fun celeb spotting.

is your life so empty that you have to resort to seeing these people, who are of subliminal nature.

There are two locations where you are very likely to be in the company of famous people. Get a table at the Ivy - a famous restaurant in Covent Garden and you will certainly be in the company of many showbiz stars, including those from the world of popular music.

The other location where you will most certainly be in the company of the famous, the rich and the movers and shakers, is the Ritz Hotel on Piccadilly. You can have tea at the Ritz, not expensive, but you'll need to book well in advance.

Buy "Times out", they have a list of all the clubs and joins and ads. Buy any tabloid and read scandals and facts about where the celebs go. Contact the clubs mentioned in tabloids with the info you got from "Times out". These clubs may have a guest list or face control.
Have fun

If you hang out around westminster you'll see Tony Blair!!

Or maybe you can just wait at the entrance of Westminster tube station and wait till he comes, I'm not sure where he lives but that's the closes tube station
